Hello community! My name is Larry Taylor. I’ve been living in the State of Washington for about 10 years. So, I feel like this is home now. But one of the things I miss most about Chicago, where I was born and raised, is the food. I remember going on Halstead and Roosevelt as a kid, shopping and getting Maxwell Street polishes. You could smell them from blocks away! Or, walking to one of the beef stands to grab a beef sandwich. I liked mines dipped in hot peppers, yum! With the music “my kind of town Chicago is… my kind of town” playing in the background, man, what sweet memories! So, I thought that I would bring a little taste of Chicago with me to the Pacific Northwest. I want you all to get to experience what I have for most of my life. So, I purchased a food truck and got to work turning a vision into reality. The truck is designed with all Chicago land marks. It’s sure to start a conversation or two. The food will be made with love and your palate will enjoy the colorful culture of taste from the Chi. Wize Guys Beefs is excited to serve you.

We saw this place on Google and all I can say is DELICIOUS! Those 5 star reviews are no joke. We're only in town for the weekend and we'll Definitely be coming back tomorrow. Customer service was great and hearing his story, how can you not support their business! Keep killing it guys!
Food was delicious, the service was awesome, very nice and friendly to talk to. If your want something with so much flavor come to this place it's worth the money. And if I can give this place 10 star I would. Also , if you don't eat meat try their eggplant sandwich , it was so worth the time and wait it tasted so amazing I'm going back for second . We'll be recommending this place to others.
My new favorite food in Moses Lake and beyond. The Chop Steak and cheese is amazingly flavorful piled with tender thinly cut chopped beef. The Italian beef is piled with sliced of beef and marinated with peppers adding a great punch. Bread is great, but marinade from the Italian soaked through the bread to give it a pre dipped French dip effect.
Food is amazing! Owner puts his all into his cooking, I highly recommend you give Wize Guys a try! They will not disappoint! Truck looks awesome too!!!!
Stopped by tonight after hearing so many great things and was not disappointed!! The food was amazing!! We had ordered 4 items off the menu, beef, pastrami, tacos and eggplant and all were amazing!! The owner Larry sat and chatted with us while Alex prepared our meal to order!! Very pleasant experience and will be going back often
Absolutely loved this place! The owner wss extremely nice and knowledgeable. I decided to get the Italian beef sandwich based off of his suggestion and let me tel you, that was the right choice! The fries were also really good too! I didn't even need sauce! Highly suggest going to this food truck!
